LOS ANGELES, Feb. 9 (UPI) -- Will Smith has revealed his plans to make Bad Boys 3 along with his series co-star Martin Lawrence.

Appearing on BBC Radio 1 recently, Smith discussed running into Lawrence once again and how the meeting led him to believe that a new Bad Boys film was "definitely" going to happen.

"I saw Martin [Lawrence] a few weeks ago," the actor revealed. "I haven't seen him for about two years. We just looked at each other. We hugged. In that moment, we knew we were making another Bad Boys."

"We're definitely doing another one," he exclaimed.

Smith also discussed the unlikelihood of Wild Wild West 2 ever being made and his thoughts on his son Jaden Smith, who was recently featured in a Louis Vuitton ad campaign for womenswear.

"There's a really powerful, internal quality as an artist that as parents we encourage," the father of three said. "You gotta get out on the edge. You have to try things. You have to be comfortable doing things that people don't agree with."

"And you have to be comfortable doing things that you could fail. And Jaden is one-hundred percent fearless. He will do anything. So, as a parent it's scary. It's really terrifying. But he is completely willing to live and die by his own artistic decisions. And he just doesn't concern himself with what people think."

Smith can next be seen as Deadshot in the upcoming DC Comics villain team-up film, Suicide Squad, due in theaters Aug. 5.
