NEW YORK, March 1 (UPI) -- Film star Leonardo DiCaprio has been renting out his luxury apartment in Manhattan's Greenwich Village neighborhood for $25,000 a month.

The New York Post said DiCaprio's tenant is Jonathan Orszag, a former economic policy adviser for U.S. President Bill Clinton and a senior managing director of the economic consulting firm Compass Lexecon.

It was unclear how long Orszag has been living in the East 11th Street flat DiCaprio reportedly bought last year for $10 million.

The Delos building where the unit is located offers vitamin C-infused showers, purified air and water, a circulated aromatherapy air supply, posture-supportive heat reflexology flooring and a "dawn simulation" provided by a circadian lighting design, the Post said.

The 40-year-old actor is best known for his roles in The Wolf of Wall Street, The Departed and Titanic.
