LEGO 'Jurassic World' and 'Avengers' videogames on the way

The new 2015 game titles were announced Thursday by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, TT Games and The LEGO Group.

BURBANK, Calif., Jan. 30 (UPI) -- The 2015 slate of new LEGO videogames will include titles such as Jurassic World, Marvel's Avengers, The LEGO Movie, Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin and Batman: Beyond Gotham.

The announcement was made Thursday by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, TT Games and The LEGO Group.

"The LEGO videogame franchise remains a cornerstone of our business, consistently delivering fun, engaging gameplay and remarkable humor both kids and adults love," David Haddad, executive vice president and general manager of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, said in a statement. "We look forward to expanding the successful series with this very exciting line-up of new LEGO experiences for players of all ages to enjoy on console, handheld and mobile gaming devices."

"This year will be the biggest yet for LEGO videogames with these incredible titles and several firsts for the series," added Tom Stone, managing director of TT Games. "TT Games are crafting humorous LEGO adventures, based on new stories and characters across some of the most well-known and iconic worlds."
