LOS ANGELES, Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Milla Jovovich has revealed Resident Evil: The Final Chapter will begin filming in August.

The 39-year-old actress announced the news Monday on Facebook, and confirmed in a follow-up post Wednesday. Jovovich is currently pregnant with her second child, and will start shooting mere months after the baby is due.

"It's going to be such an amazing experience, especially for me because I'm going to have a tiny baby on set with me this time around!" she wrote. "I'm going to be pulled in many different directions once we start production, but motherhood is the most important thing in the world to me."

Jovovich and director husband Paul W.S. Anderson met on the set of Resident Evil in 2001. The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Ever Gabo, in November 2007, and married in August 2009. The actress revealed in October she and Anderson are expecting a second daughter.

Jovovich has portrayed Alice in five Resident Evil movies, with Anderson serving as either director or producer. She will next appear with Ethan Hawke and Ed Harris in Anarchy, and is scheduled for Survivor with Pierce Brosnan and James D'Arcy.
