Chloe Grace Moretz says a third 'Kick-Ass' movie is doubtful

Chloe Grace Moretz says she'd love to do another "Kick-Ass" movie but doubts there will be a third due to Internet piracy.

LOS ANGELES, July 5 (UPI) -- Chloe Grace Moretz said a third installment of the Kick-Ass movie franchise is unlikely and hints that piracy might be to blame.

The actress, who plays Mindy Macready, or Hit-Girl, in the first two Kick-Ass movies, said he'd like there to be a Kick-Ass 3.

"You know, I hope, I wish," she told MoviesWithButter.com of the possibility. "That's be fun. That'd be great. I doubt it, but I would love it."

"The hard thing is if fans want a third movie, they've got to go buy the ticket to go see the movie," Moretz said. "It was like the second most pirated movie of the year, so if you want a movie to be made into a second, a third, a fourth and a fifth, go buy a ticket. Don't pirate it."

Moretz's next film, If I Stay, is set to hit theaters in August. Check out the trailer below:
