'Hunger Games' has officially finished filming

"Goodbye Berlin. With deepest thanks to our remarkable #Mockingjay cast and crew," tweeted producer Nina Jacobson over the weekend.

BERLIN, June 23 (UPI) -- Hunger Games producer Nina Jacobson took to Twitter Friday to commemorate the last day of shooting of the film's final installment in Berlin.

Jacobson's post featured co-stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth and Woody Harrelson in a group hug. The snapshot's caption read, "that's a wrap."

"Goodbye Berlin. With deepest thanks to our remarkable #Mockingjay cast and crew," Jacobson added later.

Cast members Willow Shields, who plays Prim Everdeen, and Sam Claflin, who stars in the films as the confident Finnick Odair, also took to social media to say their goodbyes.

"Such a bittersweet moment... Mockingjay parts 1 & 2 have officially wrapped!, Shields wrote on Instagram. "This has been such a wonderful journey and I cannot wait till you see the films!"

"I just want/need to express my many thanks to everyone," Clafin tweeted. "I feel priviliged, honoured and so very lucky to have shared this opportunity with so many passionate & talented people," he added.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 will be released on 21 November, 2014, followed by Part 2 on 20 November, 2015.
