LONG POND, Pa., June 9 (UPI) -- Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill took a wild ride Sunday at Pocono Raceway.

The actors were on hand to promote their new movie 22 Jump Street, and also served as grand marshals for the Pocono 400. NASCAR driver Danica Patrick treated the pair to a "really scary" car ride before the race.

"Danica took us out and almost flipped the car," Tatum insists. "And that's not a joke."

"She goes, 'Whoa, I almost lost it there,'" he recounts of the ride. "And we were like, 'Huh? What did you say?' And she literally started sliding sideways. She didn't seem nervous, but she definitely showed a little more emotion than in general."

"She was like, 'Yeah, that was really scary,'" Hill adds. "We were like, 'Oh no, that sucks!'"

"It was crazy," the actors agree.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. went on to win the Pocono 400 later that day. 22 Jump Street debuts in theaters on June 13.
