LOS ANGELES, May 5 (UPI) -- Director Joe Wright has begun shooting his as-yet-untitled, live-action Peter Pan feature in England, Warner Bros. confirmed.

Set for a worldwide theatrical release July 17, 2015, the movie will offer a new spin on the classic fantasy tale created by author J.M. Barrie.

The ensemble also includes Amanda Seyfried, Jack Charles, Taejoo Na, Nonso Anozie, Kathy Burke, Kurt Egyiawan, Lewis MacDougall and Leni Zieglmeier.

Jason Fuchs penned the screenplay, which follows the story of an orphan who is "spirited away to the magical Neverland. There, he finds both fun and dangers, and ultimately discovers his destiny -- to become the hero who will be forever known as Peter Pan," the studio said in a synopsis.
