Diane Keaton to accept Woody Allen's Golden Globe -- report

Dec. 4, 2013 at 1:34 AM   |   Comments

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Diane Keaton will accept the 2014 Cecil B. DeMille Award on Woody Allen's behalf at the 71st annual Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles, Deadline.com reported.

Notoriously spotlight-shy Allen is not expected to attend the Jan. 12 event, the website said.

Keaton and Allen dated for five years decades ago, but have always remained close friends. The actress has appeared in eight of Allen's films.
