LOS ANGELES, Oct. 10 (UPI) -- Clint Eastwood's estranged wife Dina has withdrawn the documents she filed for legal separation, UsMagazine.com reported Thursday.

Dina, 48, filed for legal separation Sept. 9, but returned two days later to have the document dismissed.

The couple have been living apart since June 2012. They were married for 17 years before they split up and have one child, a 16-year-old daughter named Morgan.

UsMagazine.com said no reason was given for Dina's change of heart to withdraw the separation papers, a move that came just as Clint, 83, was photographed with his new girlfriend,

Erica Tomlinson-Fisher.
