LOS ANGELES, Oct. 9 (UPI) -- Chloe Grace Moretz's mother attended the Los Angeles premiere of Chloe's movie "Carrie" days after the starlet asked fans via Twitter to pray for her.

Moretz, 16, asked her Twitter followers last week to pray for her mother, a cancer survivor, but did not elaborate about why she had put out the call for support.

"She's here and she's looking hot," Moretz told People.com Monday night. "Teri is looking hot."

The teen actress added her mom is doing "great."
