'42' tops DVD sales chart for a second week

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- The Jackie Robinson bio-picture "42" is the top-selling DVD and Blu-ray in the United States for a second consecutive week, Rentrak announced Monday.

Coming in at No. 2 on the DVD and Blu-ray sales roster for the week ending July 28 is "Evil Dead [2013]," followed by "Despicable Me" at No. 3, "Tyler Perry's Temptation" at No. 4 and "Oz the Great and Powerful" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are "Vehicle 19" at No. 6, "Jack the Giant Slayer" at No. 7, "The Host" at No. 8, "A Good Day to Die Hard" at No. 9 and "Identity Thief" at No. 10.

The No. 1 DVD and Blu-ray rental for the week ended July 27 is "Identity Thief."

"Jack the Giant Slayer" is No. 2, "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone" is No. 3, "A Good Day to Die Hard" is No. 4, "The Call" is No. 5, "Evil Dead [2013]" is No. 6, "Dead Man Down" is No. 7, "21 & Over" is No. 8, "Oz the Great and Powerful" is No. 9 and "The Host" is No. 10.
