'Frankenstein' movie poster could fetch $100,000 at auction

LOS ANGELES, July 8 (UPI) -- A 1931 "Frankenstein" movie poster is expected to sell for up to $100,000 in a public sale in Dallas this month, Heritage Auctions said.

The poster was purchased at an antique store for only a few dollars, then kept in an Illinois closet for more than 30 years, the company said.

It is to hit the action block July 27.

The name of the seller has not been disclosed.
