LOS ANGELES, Dec. 23 (UPI) -- U.S. actress Kristen Stewart says she will reprise her role of Snow White in the sequel to 2012's "Snow White and the Huntsman."

"Oh, it's gonna be [expletive] amazing," Stewart told Indiewire.com, without offering any details regarding the plot. "No, I'm so excited about it, it's crazy. The other day I said that there was a strong possibility that we're going to make a sequel, and that's very true, but everyone was like, 'Whoa, stop talking about it.' So no, I'm totally not allowed to talk about it."

The sequel news comes several months after Stewart publicly apologized for having a brief affair with her married "Huntsman" director, Rupert Sanders. It is unclear whether Sanders will helm the second Snow White picture.

The scandal caused a temporary rift between Stewart and her long-term boyfriend and "Twilight" film franchise co-star, Robert Pattinson.
