'Spider-Man' climbs to top of DVD sales chart

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 19 (UPI) -- "The Amazing Spider-Man" is the top DVD and Blu-ray seller in the United States, Rentrak reported.

Coming in at No 2 on the DVD and Blu-ray sales roster for the week ending Nov. 11 is "The Campaign," followed by "Disney Fairies: Secret of the Wings" at No. 3, "Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted" at No. 4 and "Arthur Christmas" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are "Magic Mike" at No. 6, "The Avengers" at No. 7, "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" at No. 8, "Prometheus" at No. 9 and "Tyler Perry's Madea's Witness Protection" at No. 10.

The No.1 DVD and Blu-ray rental for the week ended Nov. 10 is "Prometheus."

"Magic Mike" is No. 2, "Marvel's The Avengers" is No. 3, "Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted" is No. 4, "That's My Boy" is No. 5, "The Amazing Spider-Man" is No. 6, "Madea's Witness Protection" is No. 7, "The Raven" is No. 8, "Snow White and the Huntsman" is No. 9 and "Dark Shadows" is No. 10.
