'Disney Fairies' tops DVD sales chart

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 12 (UPI) -- The animated adventure "Disney Fairies: Secret of the Wings" is the top-selling DVD and Blu-ray in the United States, Rentrak said Monday.

Coming in at No. 2 on the DVD and Blu-ray sales roster for the week ending Nov. 4 is "The Campaign," followed by "Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted" at No. 3, "Magic Mike" at No. 4 and

"Marvel's The Avengers" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" at No. 6, "Prometheus" at No. 7, "Tyler Perry's Madea's Witness Protection" at No. 8, "Dark Shadows" at No. 9 and "Cinderella" at No. 10.

The No. 1 DVD and Blu-ray rental for the week ended Nov. 3 is "Marvel's The Avengers."

"Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted" is No. 2, "That's My Boy" is No. 3, "Snow White and the Huntsman" is No. 4, "Tyler Perry's Madea's Witness Protection" is No. 5, "Dark Shadows" is No. 6, "Magic Mike" is No. 7, "Five-Year Engagement" is No. 8, "Battleship" is No. 9 and "Rock of Ages" is No. 10.
