Neighbors complain of smell, San Francisco bacon restaurant shut down

LOS ANGELES, June 24 (UPI) -- U.S. actress Penelope Ann Miller won't be separating from her husband of 12 years after all, People confirmed.
"The Artist" actress, 48, ended a successful awards show season with the news that she and her husband James Huggins were separating. But she dismissed her request for a legal separation on June 15, People reported.
Legal documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court said Miller cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the separation.
Miller also asked for no spousal support to Huggins, and asked for sole custody of their children Eloisa, 11, and Maria, 3 , with Huggins getting visitation rights, the report said.
People said TMZ.com was the first to report their reconciliation.
