
LOS ANGELES, May 13 (UPI) -- "Avengers" racked up another $103.2 million at the North American box office in its second weekend of release, Exhibitor Relations reported Sunday.
The superhero ensemble picture passed the $1 billion mark worldwide in 19 days, The Hollywood Reporter said.
Coming in at No. 2 at the domestic box office is "Dark Shadows" with $28.8 million, followed by "Think Like a Man" at No. 3 with $6.3 million, "The Hunger Games" at No. 4 with $4.4 million and "The Lucky One" at No. 5 with $4.1 million, Exhibitor Relations said.
Rounding out the top tier are "The Pirates! Band of Misfits" at No. 6 with $3.2 million, "The Five-Year Engagement" at No. 7 with $3.1 million, "The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel" at No. 8 with $2.7 million, "Chimpanzee" at No. 9 with $1.6 million and "Girl in Progress" at No. 10 with $1.4 million.
