O.J. Simpson's ex-girlfriend says he threatened her, compared her to Nicole
LOS ANGELES, May 5 (UPI) -- Dennis Quaid's estranged wife Kimberly has withdrawn divorce papers she filed in Los Angeles in March, TMZ reported.
A judge has agreed to dismiss the matter, the celebrity news Web site said Friday.
No other details were reported regarding why Kimberly made the move or where the marriage stands at this point.
TMZ said the pair had been fighting over how their assets would be divided, however.
The couple, who have been married eight years, are the parents of 4-year-old twins -- a son and daughter. The children nearly died shortly after they were born because the medical staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles mistakenly gave them massive overdoses of the blood-thinning drug Heparin.
The Quaids subsequently sued the hospital and fought for better labeling on drugs.
