LOS ANGELES, April 25 (UPI) -- Actor Al Pacino was treated for an eye injury he sustained while filming a gunfight with co-star Christopher Walken in Los Angeles, the New York Post said.

The East Coast actors were shooting a scene for the crime caper "Stand Up Guys" Monday when Pacino got hurt and was treated by medics on the set, the Post said.

No other information about the injury or exactly how it happened was immediately available.

Set for release next year, the movie stars Pacino, 72, and Walken, 69, as con men trying to get their gang back together.
