LOS ANGELES, Feb. 27 (UPI) -- Martin Scorsese's first family film "Hugo" won Oscars in five technical categories in Los Angeles Sunday night.
The movie, which follows the adventures of a young boy living in a Paris train station in the 1930s, went into the ceremony with a leading 11 nominations. It won for Best Cinematography, Art Direction, Visual Effects, Sound Editing and Sound Mixing.
