Teen solves centuries-old math problem


SANTA MONICA, Calif., Dec. 13 (UPI) -- Canadian-born actor, producer and writer Seth Rogen has signed on to serve as host of the 2012 Spirit Awards in Santa Monica, Calif., organizers said.
The awards show honoring the best in low-budget filmmaking for 2011 is to air Feb. 25 on IFC.
Best known for his work on the TV show "Freaks and Geeks" and in the movies "The 40-Year-Old Virgin," "Knocked Up" and "Pineapple Express," Rogen starred in "Kung Fu Panda 2," "Take This Waltz," "50/50" and "The Green Hornet" this past year.
