LOS ANGELES, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- A police report has been filed against movie star Johnny Depp by a woman who claims she was roughed up by his bodyguards at a Los Angeles concert.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ.com the woman claimed she was wrestled to the ground by Depp's security entourage when she apparently strayed too close during a recent Iggy Pop concert at the Palladium.

The report filed by Robyn Ecker, 52, claims she had to go to a hospital to be checked out after the incident.

TMZ said Ecker has an assistant who confirmed her boss and her group had been drinking while celebrating her husband's birthday with $600 seats for the show. TMZ added its sources confirmed she appeared intoxicated when she made the report.

There was no immediate comment on the matter from Depp's reps and no indication Ecker's complaint would result in criminal charges.
