LOS ANGELES, Nov. 27 (UPI) -- A plan to create a nail polish to go along with the upcoming movie "The Hunger Games" has ended with a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles against Lionsgate studio.
American International Industries is suing Lionsgate for $10 million for breach of contract for allegedly downplaying the agreement in the media.

American International, a private beauty products manufacturer in Los Angeles, said Lionsgate officials made public statements to the effect a partnership was not coming together. But American International contends they had a deal and the company was gearing up to start producing "The Hunger Games" line of polish, The Hollywood Reporter said.
Lionsgate had no immediate comment on the lawsuit.
