HOLLYWOOD, Oct. 30 (UPI) -- U.S. actor James Gandolfini is in talks to join Jim Carrey and Steve Carell in the new comedy "Burt Wonderstone," Daily Variety said Sunday.
The actor best known as mob boss Tony Soprano would play a casino boss in the film about Las Vegas magicians.
Variety said Gandolfini has a pretty full plate already with parts in four movies coming out next year and several television projects in the works.
"Burt Wonderstone" is being produced or New Line by Carell's production company. The only hole in the cast still remaining is leading lady, which Variety said had been narrowed down to Sara Silverman and Olivia Wilde.
