Singer Carnie Wilson faces foreclosure

LOS ANGELES, July 9 (UPI) -- Carnie Wilson, the 1990s singer featured in the hit movie "Bridesmaids," could lose her house to foreclosure, TMZ reports.

Documents filed with the Los Angeles County Recorder's Court show Wilson has a July 21 deadline to get current on her mortgage, the celebrity news Web site said. Wilson still owes $1.6 million on the house in Los Angeles.

Wilson, a member of the pop group Wilson Phillips, has appeared in a number of TV shows over the years. Wilson Phillips was known for "Hold On," the top pop song of 1990, and was nominated for five Grammy Awards.

She plays herself in "Bridesmaids."
