LOS ANGELES, July 5 (UPI) -- Actor and screenwriter Jonah Hill says production is finished on the big-screen version of the American police TV series "21 Jump Street."
Starring Johnny Depp, Peter DeLuise and Holly Robinson, the drama was about a group of baby-faced cops who went undercover and fought crime at high schools. It ran from 1987 to 1991.
The comedic film version features Hill and Channing Tatum. Depp is expected to make a guest appearance, as well, EW.com said.
"21 Jump Street just officially wrapped. See you March 16, 2012," Hill said via Twitter Monday.
