Watson says she's not dating Simmons

LOS ANGELES, June 17 (UPI) -- Emma Watson's publicist says the British actress isn't dating Johnny Simmons, her co-star in "The Perks of Being a Wallflower."

Romance rumors began swirling after the pair were photographed out for a run in Pennsylvania.

"This is completely untrue and we have no idea where these rumors have stemmed from," Watson's representative told E! News Thursday regarding the courtship chatter.

Watson, 21, is best known for her work in the Harry Potter film franchise.

Simmons, 24, has appeared in the movies "Hotel for Dogs" and "Evan Almighty."
