NEW YORK, June 3 (UPI) -- Spike TV has announced plans to honor rocker Keith Richards and actor Sean Penn during its 2011 Guys Choice show in Culver City, Calif.

Richards will be awarded the Brass Balls honor for his contributions to the music industry, while Penn will reunite with cast members of "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" as the iconic coming-of-age comedy is inducted into The Guy Movie Hall of Fame.

Both tributes will be presented by Academy Award- winning actor Robert De Niro at Saturday's taping at the Sony Pictures Studios.

The prize presentation is to air on the cable network June 10.

"Keith Richards is a rock 'n' roll superhero who lives his life the way he plays his music... balls to the wall," Casey Patterson, Spike TV's executive vice president of event production, talent and studio relations, said in a statement Friday.

"Our audience doesn't just want to honor Keith Richards, they want to be Keith Richards. Thirty years after its debut, 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High' is clearly one of the most enduring and beloved guy classics of all time as Sean Penn's breakthrough character Jeff Spicoli remains the most lovable, quotable surfer dude ever and it's totally awesome to be inducting 'Fast Times' into The Guy Movie Hall of Fame."
