LOS ANGELES, May 16 (UPI) -- Hollywood actor Tom Sizemore says a woman he was helping with personal issues has been found safe after disappearing for more than a month.

Megan Wren, 25, was found in a home near downtown Los Angeles, and no reason for her disappearance was given, People magazine reported.

Police questioned Sizemore, 49, about Wren's disappearance, but he was never a suspect. The woman lived on the same floor as Sizemore in a luxury high-rise apartment building in Los Angeles.

"I am relieved and happy Megan is safe and sound. It is unfortunate that she did not come forward immediately as this has caused me a lot of concern," Sizemore said. "However, I am pleased no harm has come to Megan and I wish her and her family the best and I am putting this matter behind me."

Charles Lago, Sizemore's manager, said Wren was never Sizemore's girlfriend or assistant, as was rumored. He also denied that Wren lived with Sizemore.

The woman had been dealing with personal problems and Sizemore "had been trying to help her," Lago said.
