Holmes not pregnant, says publicist

LOS ANGELES, May 11 (UPI) -- Katie Holmes' publicist says the Hollywood actress is not pregnant with her second child, contrary to persistent rumors she is.

"She is not pregnant," her representative told People.com Wednesday.

The former "Dawson's Creek" star is married to "Top Gun" actor Tom Cruise. They are the parents of a 5-year-old daughter named Suri.
