Nominee Bening to be Oscar presenter

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Feb. 4 (UPI) -- Current Oscar nominee Annette Bening is to be a presenter at the 83rd Academy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles, the telecast's producers said.

Bening recently received her fourth Oscar nomination for her leading role in "The Kids Are All Right."

She earned her first nomination for her supporting role in "The Grifters," and received nominations for her leading roles in "American Beauty" and "Being Julia." Her other film credits include "The Women," "Open Range," "In Dreams," "Richard III" and "Regarding Henry."

Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2010 will be presented Feb. 27 at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center, and televised live on the ABC Television Network.
