'Red' tops DVD sales, rental lists

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 3 (UPI) -- The action flick "Red" is No. 1 on the U.S. DVD sales and rental charts, Rentrak reported Thursday.

Coming in at No. 2 on the DVD sales roster for the week ending Jan. 30 is "Secretariat," followed by "Open Season 3" at No. 3, "Saw: The Final Chapter" at No. 4 and "Takers" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are "Despicable Me" at No. 6, "The Social Network" at No. 7, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" at No. 8, "Glee: Season 2, Vol. 1" at No. 9 and "Toy Story 3" at No. 10.

The No. 2 DVD rental for the week ending Jan. 29 is "Secretariat," followed by "The Social Network" at No. 3, "Takers" at No. 4, "Dinner for Schmucks" at No. 5, "Saw: The Final Chapter" at No. 6, "The Town" at No. 7, "Buried" at No. 8, "Case 39" at No. 9 and "Inception" at No. 10.
