'Rite' No. 1 at box office with $15M

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 30 (UPI) -- "The Rite," starring Anthony Hopkins in a Roman collar, was No. 1 at the box office during the weekend with a lukewarm $15 million.

"No Strings Attached," with Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman, was No. 2 with $13.65 million.

All studio estimates of gross box office receipts are via Box Office Mojo.

"The Mechanic" was third with $11.5 million; "The Green Hornet" tied for third, also with $11.5 million; "The King's Speech" fifth with more than $11.1 million; "True Grit" sixth with $7.6 million; "The Dilemma" seventh with more than $5.47 million; "Black Swan" eighth with $5.1 million; and "The Fighter" ninth with more than $4.05 million.

"Yogi Bear" rounded out the top 10 with more than $3.16 million.
