WB reveals 'Hangover II' plot points

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- "The Hangover Part II" is about how the guys from the first movie celebrate the upcoming wedding of Ed Helms's character, Stu, in Thailand, Warner Bros. said.

The plot of the sequel to the 2009 blockbuster comedy about a Las Vegas bachelor party gone horribly awry was not revealed until this week.

Due in theaters May 26, "The Hangover Part II" reunites the cast from the first film, including Helms, Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis and Justin Bartha.

Mike Tyson, who had a memorable cameo as himself in the first installment, is also set to return for the sequel, which will again be directed by Todd Phillips.

"After the unforgettable bachelor party in Las Vegas, Stu is taking no chances and has opted for a safe, subdued pre-wedding brunch," the studio said in a release. "However, things don't always go as planned. What happens in Vegas may stay in Vegas, but what happens in Bangkok can't even be imagined."
