Aretha Wilson, 40, is expected to get two years in prison minus credit for 330 days she already spent in the Los Angeles County jail when she appears in Superior Court on Nov. 22, the Los Angeles Times said Saturday.
Wilson pleaded no contest Friday to a charge of assault with a deadly weapon in the 2005 incident that left DiCaprio with 17 stitches. She appeared in court after she was extradited to the United States from Canada.
Earlier court testimony said DiCaprio and a friend were leaving a party in the Hollywood Hills when Wilson began cursing at the friend and then hit DiCaprio with a glass.
