NEW YORK, Oct. 30 (UPI) -- The porn star who called the cops on Charlie Sheen at New York's Plaza Hotel plans to sue the actor for his rampage, sources tell TMZ.

Hotel security found Capri Anderson hiding behind a locked bathroom door Tuesday. Sheen had reportedly broken a chair and trashed the room.

Anderson, according to those close to her, was afraid Sheen would physically harm her and said he forced her to remain in the room at the Plaza. She did not tell police that Sheen threatened her but now says he did.

TMZ's sources in the New York police say Sheen will not face criminal charges.

Sheen, after a history of drug use and criminal charges, cleaned up his act around 10 years ago but appears to have slid quite a way back recently. He is now starring in the CBS sitcom "Two and a Half Men."
