NEW YORK, Sept. 21 (UPI) -- U.S. media mogul Oprah Winfrey lends her voice to a character in an animated clip called "The O Show" for the 41st season premiere of "Sesame Street."

The video is to appear on the episode of the iconic preschool program set to air Sept. 27 on PBS Kids.

Preschoolers and their caregivers will see the letter O host her own talk show with guests, including Otto the Orangutan and Ophelia the Octopus, to learn words that start with the letter, "Sesame Street" producers said in a news release Monday.

Fans can log on to http://www.youtube.com/sesamestreet to catch a sneak peek of "The O Show," as well as original celebrity appearances by Wanda Sykes, Jason Bateman, Kara DioGuardi, Rev Run, Chris O'Donnell, Colin Farrell and Katy Perry.
