LOS ANGELES, July 12 (UPI) -- A recording said to be of Hollywood actor Mel Gibson threatening his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has been posted on RadarOnline.com.

The actor and musician dated for less than a year and have an 8-month-old daughter together.

RadarOnline posted audio this month purportedly of the "Lethal Weapon" star engaging in a demeaning, racist tirade during an argument with Grigorieva.

EW.com said Monday a second recording of a man who sounds like Gibson, admitting he assaulted the woman, has now been posted online.

"You need a (expletive) bat in the side of the head," the male voice heard on the RadarOnline clip said.

"I'll put you in a (expletive) rose garden. … You understand that? Because I'm capable of it," he said.

The woman then mentions how he assaulted her in the face and broke her teeth, to which the man responded: "Oh, you're all angry now! You know what, you (expletive) deserved it."

Gibson has not spoken specifically about the content of the audio, but has accused Grigorieva of trying to extort money from him by threatening to release recordings pertaining to their relationship, EW.com said.
