LOS ANGELES, June 24 (UPI) -- Turner Classic Movies says it is devoting its Thursday-night TCM lineups in July to Hollywood's teen classics.

"School's out, and that means teens are out in force. Turner Classic Movies is making room for the invasion with teen movies every Thursday night in July," the network said in a news release Thursday. "Each week's collection will focus on a different theme, from juvenile delinquents and fun at the beach to teen romance and hits from the 1980s."

TCM's July slate of teen movies includes "Rebel Without a Cause," "Blackboard Jungle," "Tammy and the Bachelor," "Rock Around the Clock," "Gidget," "Beach Blanket Bingo," "Bye Bye Birdie" and "Ferris Bueller's Day Off."

The roster also features TCM premieres of such films as the noir thriller "Crime in the Streets" and the popular 1980s movies "Fame," "Risky Business," "Sixteen Candles" and "Better Off Dead."
