Report: Chris Klein arrested for DUI

LOS ANGELES, June 16 (UPI) -- Actor Chris Klein was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol in Los Angeles early Wednesday, police said.

Law-enforcement sources told TMZ Klein's blood alcohol level was almost three times the legal limit when he took a Breathalyzer test.

Bail reportedly has been set at $25,000.

The Web site noted this is Klein's second DUI arrest. He was previously arrested in 2005.

The 31-year-old actor is known for his work in the films "Election," "American Pie," "We Were Soldiers" and "American Dreamz."
