LOS ANGELES, June 8 (UPI) -- Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock has signed on to star in "Most Wanted" opposite Ryan Reynolds, her leading man from "The Proposal," Variety said.

"Proposal" director Anne Fletcher is in talks to direct "Wanted," an action comedy in which Bullock would play a criminal and Reynolds a federal marshal, who are forced to go on the run together when they're ambushed on the way to court, the entertainment industry trade newspaper said.

The deal reportedly is Bullock's first since winning an Oscar last March for her work in "The Blind Side."
