LOS ANGELES, May 13 (UPI) -- "Avatar" is No. 1 on the DVD sales and rental charts in the United States, Rentrak reported Thursday.
Coming in at No. 2 on the sales list for the week ending May 9 is "Tooth Fairy," followed by "It's Complicated" at No. 3, "The Blind Side" at No. 4 and "Leap Year" at No. 5.
Rounding out the top tier are "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel" at No. 6, "Sherlock Holmes" at No. 7, "Crazy Heart" at No. 8, "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" at No. 9 and "Nine" at No. 10.
The No. 2 movie on the DVD rental chart for the week ending May 8 is "It's Complicated."
"Tooth Fairy" is No. 3, "Leap Year" is No. 4, "The Lovely Bones" is No. 5, "Sherlock Holmes" is No. 6, "The Blind Side" at No. 7, "Crazy Heart" at No. 8, "Old Dogs" at No. 9 and "Bad Lieutenant: Port Of Call New Orleans" at No. 10, Rentrak said.
