LOS ANGELES, April 17 (UPI) -- Chris Noth, Mr. Big in the "Sex and the City" franchise and a cheating husband on "The Good Wife" on U.S. TV, says little things matter in romance.

But he would not go into details of his real-life romance with actress Tara Wilson in an interview for the May edition of Redbook magazine. He did say he believes "it's the little things that count."

"Oh, there are a million romantic little things I do," he said. "I can't give away my trade secrets -- it's too embarrassing."

Noth and Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie Bradshaw married in the first "Sex and the City" movie. The sequel is about to be released.

"It's a fascinating movie. There's a lot of humor, which I love," Noth told Redbook. "But it's also a great look into Carrie and Big's relationship and what marriage means to them. No matter how long you've known someone, marriage changes some things in unexpected ways."

In "The Good Wife" on CBS, Noth plays a disgraced Chicago district attorney with Julianna Margulies as his wife..

"People make mistakes all the time, and not just celebrities and politicians," Noth said. "I do think couples can learn and move past their mistakes."
