'Moon' tops U.S. DVD sales chart

LOS ANGELES, April 1 (UPI) -- "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" is the top-selling DVD in the United States, Rentrak reported Thursday.

Coming in at No. 2 on the DVD sales chart for the week ending March 28 is "The Blind Side," followed by "The Princess and the Frog" at No. 3, "Brothers" at No. 4 and "The Men Who Stare at Goats" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are "Ninja Assassin" at No. 6, "The Fantastic Mr. Fox" at No. 7, "Precious: Based on the Novel 'Push' by Sapphire" at No. 8, "The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day" at No. 9 and "Twilight" at No. 10.

The top DVD rental for the week ending March 27 is "The Blind Side," followed by "The Men Who Stare at Goats" at No. 2, "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" at No. 3, "2012" at No. 4, "Brothers" at No. 5, "The Informant!" at No. 6, "Up in the Air" at No. 7, "Did You Hear About the Morgans?" at No. 8, "Law Abiding Citizen" at No. 9 and "Couples Retreat" at No. 10, Rentrak said.
