HFPA donating $100K to Haiti quake victims

HOLLYWOOD, Jan. 15 (UPI) -- The Hollywood Foreign Press Association says it plans to donate $100,000 to Wyclef Jean's Yele Haiti relief fund for the victims of this week's earthquake.

The HFPA said the gift will officially be announced at Sunday's Golden Globe Awards show in Los Angeles.

The association presents the awards for the previous year's best in film and television.
