'Harry Potter' tops DVD sales list

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 17 (UPI) -- "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" was the top-selling DVD in the United States last week, Rentrak Corp. announced Thursday.

Coming in at No. 2 for the week ending Dec. 13 was "Public Enemies," followed by "Julie & Julia" at No. 3, "Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian" at No. 4 and "Lost -- the Complete Fifth Season" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are "Up" at No. 6, "Star Trek" at No. 7, "Terminator Salvation" at No. 8, "Santa Buddies" at No. 9 and "Four Christmases" at No. 10.

"Public Enemies" was the No. 1 DVD rental in the country during the week ending Dec. 12.

Following it was "Julie & Julia" at No. 2, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" at No. 3, "Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian" at No. 4, "Four Christmases" at No. 5, "Terminator Salvation" at No. 6, "Angels & Demons" at No. 7, "Funny People" at No. 8, "Star Trek" at No. 9 and "The Ugly Truth" at No. 10, Rentrak said.
