Kyra Sedgwick slices fingertip while chopping veggies: 'Kale isn't always healthy'

Actress Kyra Sedgwick, of "The Closer," might not have gone as far as Jesse James, who recently sliced his pinky off in a shop accident, but she did manage to cut the tip of her finger chopping vegetables over the weekend.

"Kale isn't ALLWAYS HEALTHY... if you chop the end of your finger off," Sedgwick's husband, Kevin Bacon, warned Saturday in a photo of his wife looking in a hospital bed with bloody gauze pressed to her finger.

Though Sedgwick is reportedly doing "fine," Bacon added in a later photo that the couple still can't find the fingertip she lost.
