A photo circulated of an infant reported to be baby North West turned out to be a fake. Rumor has it that the photo was leaked by Kim Kardashian to determine which of her friends would hawk her baby photos before she and boyfriend Kanye West decide to release them to the world.

Her plan was to send a half-dozen people photos of a decoy baby she claimed was the 10-day-old North as a test to find who her real friends were.
She reportedly sent the photos of the baby, which had some Kimye-esque features, and waited for someone to try to sell it -- and of course, they tried.
A second photo circulated as part of the plan. Kardashian is waiting to see whether anyone attempts to sell photos of the other baby.
