A Fulton County, Ga. judge ruled to evict "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore from her mansion.

The former Miss USA failed to make the full $3,999 payment for May, and came short by $848, which led her to default on the terms of the lease. Moore was not in court to respond to the complaint.

"The decision to file this eviction notice regarding Ms. Moore was reached after pursuing every possible amicable way to settle this matter privately," said landlord Conya Dillon. "I am grateful that the judicial system has brought finality to this eviction process and I look forward to regaining possession of my home.”

On Thursday, Moore called in to "The Wendy Williams Show" to talk about her eviction.

"First of all, we never got notice of court date, so that's going to be overturned and we will have another court date," Moore said. "It isn't over until the fat lady sings."

"Secondly, this is absolutely absurd. I've paid this woman nearly $52,000 in rent and she has a $6,000 security deposit of mine. I have paid her May rent and paid her June, and my lease is up in three weeks. So this whole thing is absolutely ridiculous."

Moore has been known for being a bad neighbor, drawing attention to the quiet Roswell, Ga. neighborhood where she lives. She plans to get the house back, though, saying in a countersuit that Dillon entered the home without permission to the point where she "almost had to get a restraining order against her."
